Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Berger-Lahr VDRM 3913/50 LWBOO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sgi,-Silicon-Graphics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Simpson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Simco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sgi,-Silicon-Graphics such as the 0301221005Onyx2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F451800 manufactured by Simpson and we are pleased to be able to service most Simpson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A2A7H by Manufacturer Simco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sixnet Brand ET8AI24AO2HB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sitema such as 552166 equipment made by Sitema have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SJN75A by Mitsubishi and 552166 spares by Sitema are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MI40PPA7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siti.
